This position will be responsible for the entire sales function with our client. This person will be an integral part of publishing organization and assume responsibility for the Sales and distribution strategies for both retail and digital distribution in North America. They will also have joint responsibility to drive consumer conversion and retention through ongoing programs. The position will report into the SVP of Publishing who will have Global responsibility.
Responsibilities:
· will provide revenue forecasts including client sales through retail and digital distribution, subscriptions, micro-transactions, POSA cards, OEM and other partner relationships
· will manage all retail relationships to achieve “sell-in” and “sell-thru” objectives as well as co-op and MDF budgets
· will drive pre-sell campaigns and beta sign up through creative sales programs
· will provide creative programs for product acquisition and longevity at retail
· will be creative in exploring new ways to facilitate client distribution through established and emerging channels
· will build an internal team to support the strategic initiatives and oversee the entire supply chain for product manufacturing
· will drive all retail programs and interact with the brand group on creative solutions for all POS materials, FOB, pre-sell campaigns and other sales needs
· will work closely with the European sales staff to drive all online revenue opportunities for mutual benefit
· will provide input into all business models for both internal products and potential distribution deals
· will work with business development to explore new revenue opportunities, partnerships etc
· will manage all partner relationships (i.e. hardware manufacturers, graphics card suppliers etc) to deliver mutually beneficial sales and marketing programs
Qualifications:
· should have 5 + years direct experience with key retail accounts
· should have experience in games distribution and ideally MMO experience
· should have experience with digital distribution of PC product
· should have proven creativity in designing innovative retail/ sales programs
· should have ability to create and execute business plans
· should have experience in managing retail programs
· should have proven ability to lead the sales function
· should have 5+ years of experience dealing with executive team
· should have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· should be a team player with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
· should have experience liaising with development

They are looking for a member of technical staff for their Applications team. The candidate will also get broad exposure to the business side, and have an active role in requirements process. This engineer will work and help them lead the effort in designing and implementing the critical features in their state of the art front-end that supports our advertisers, publishers and internal business users. Responsibilities:
· will build web-based applications – Work with latest front-end technologies to make the features come to life. We practice continuous development with releases going out every week
· will build database applications – Work with a group of engineers to help design and implement business and consumer based database applications. This will support large-scale, online application infrastructure in a 24×7 environment
· will collaborate on requirements – Work with the Engineering, Product Management and Sales teams to come up with features that would help them and their clients be more productive and improve the bottom line
Qualifications:
· must have 0-4 years of relevant experience
· must be hard working, team oriented, bright, creative, cooperative, and an exceptional problem solver
· must be able to quickly understand business logic and be able to translate into technical implementation
· must have experience with Java, C++ or C#
· must have implementation experience with web technologies
· must have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (BS)
· should have a solid understanding and working knowledge of relational databases
· should have working knowledge of latest web technologies (AJAX, Velocity)
