Qualifications:
- must have 4+ years product management experience in the consumer web space (video experience is a plus)

- must have a proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and quantifiable results
- must have experience working in a dynamic, agile development environment
- must have a BS/BA degree in a technical field

In this role you will be the product manager who owns the “application framework” - the set of shared feature areas (such as Reporting, Assignment, Document Management, User/Group Administration) that are used by all of their products.
Responsibilities:
- will gather requirements from customers and application teams
- will define detailed requirements, working closely with developers through designs, making tactical decisions and working through corner-cases identified by customers or application teams
- will prioritize feature work and coordinating with other teams
- will be the expert who can help customers, QA, support, sales, and other groups with questions about your feature areas
- will provide expertise and selling tools for the Marketing and Sales organizations, including presenting directly to customers (there is a separate Product Marketing function that is directly responsible for messaging and collateral
Qualifications:
- must have enterprise software experience, preferably in a product management role
- must feel comfortable with XML, be able to understand scripting languages, and be able to communicate with the engineering team on tactical technical decisions. Programming experience is not required, but is a plus
- must have ability to translate high level requirements into detailed product specifications
- must have ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision
- must have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- must have good decision-making skills
- must have ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
- must have a real passion for detailed feature design and problem solving
