Job Description:
The Sr. C# Developer will be an integral part of a small and dynamic development team, working on core business applications and developing new generation systems. This position requires versatility, problem-solving skills and multitasking in a challenging environment, with the unique opportunity of learning new technologies. This position includes interaction with multiple departments and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This candidate will have at least 3-5 years of expertise delivering enterprise level applications and on-the-job experience with large e-commerce sites, inventory, and/or sale order management systems. The candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle application development processes, from requirements gathering to production. The candidate will have a broad understanding of software architecture methodologies. The candidate will have prior proven success working with the business users in developing application specs, good verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will be self directing and highly motivated toward deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive on-the-job experience developing high end, high traffic, and scalable multi-tiered applications
- In-depth knowledge of web application development and technologies
- Expert level knowledge in C#, .NET, XML/XSD, and SQL
- Outstanding software architecture and design qualities, documentation and publishing architectural plans, designs, and visions
- Other technologies include ASP.NET, CSS, , AJAX, and Web Services (SOAP and REST),
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Strong communications skills are required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrable knowledge of browser-side technologies including AJAX, CSS, Cross Browser compatibility and optimization

Job Description:
The Sr. QA Engineer will be an integral part of a small and dynamic team testing eCommerce websites, core business applications and new generation systems. This position requires versatility, problem-solving skills and multitasking in a challenging environment, with the unique opportunity of learning new technologies. This position includes interaction with multiple departments and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This candidate will have at least 3-5 years of expertise testing large eCommerce sites and enterprise level applications including, but not limited to, development and execution of test scripts, integration and regression testing, working with source control, and deployment and post-deployment testing. Our QA engineers must be exceptional testers with the ability to communicate and interact with developers to isolate and resolve bugs, and with product managers to clarify functionality and resolve usability issues. The candidate will be self directing and highly motivated toward deliverables and will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where multi-tasking is required.
Key Functions:
* Create and maintain efficient and concise test cases and plans for the testing of massive-scale web applications built in C# and asp.net.
* Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
* Collaborate with development engineers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues.
* Provide technical assistance to other departments to enable quick resolution of production support issues.
* Work with product owners to determine expectations and provide usability testing to the accomplishment of product development objectives.
* Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Strong QA skills: planning, defect isolation, bug report writing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid knowledge of various QA methodologies and the SDLC.
* Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with MS SQL.
* Experience working with Offshore teams.
* Experience with development and execution of automation testing strategy and processes.
* Experience developing regression and functional automation test suites
* Experience in developing QA automation framework and tools
